Frequently Asked Questions
What brands do you repair?
We service all major robotic pool cleaner brands including Zodiac, Maytronics Dolphin, Polaris, Hayward, Astral, and Kreepy Krauly. We are an authorised Zodiac and Maytronics Elite Dealer.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 5-7 business days from when we receive your robot. Complex repairs requiring special parts may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated via SMS at every step.
What areas do you service?
We offer free collection and delivery across Perth's northern suburbs including Joondalup, Wanneroo, Stirling, and surrounding areas. Check our service area when you book online.
Is the $150 assessment fee refundable?
The $150 assessment fee is fully deductible from your repair cost if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed, the fee covers the diagnostic work and your robot is returned.
Do you handle warranty claims?
Yes! As an authorised dealer, we handle warranty claims for both Zodiac and Maytronics products. Simply select the warranty option when booking and provide your proof of purchase.
